Jae Park LL.B., B.Comm.

Jae Park joined Keesmaat Dixon Kranjc Lewis & Kovacs LLP as an associate in 2008 after articling with the firm. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 after earning his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction at the University of Toronto. Jae was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.

Combining his undergraduate studies and personal business experience with his legal expertise, Jae specializes in assisting small to mid-size businesses solve complex legal and business problems. Further, Jae's familiarity with the regulations of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the dental field has enabled him to advise many dentists in the areas of incorporation of a dentistry professional corporation as well as buying and selling a dental practice.

His practice areas also include real estate, commercial leasing, business acquisition, estate planning, and immigration law. Jae ensures that his clients receive professional and friendly service in a timely manner.

He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association. Jae also holds a 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo and continues to train and teach at his own school, Young Park Martial Arts.
