
Paul Dixon B.Eng., LL.B.
Paul Dixon's legal practices and expertise are in the areas of residential real estate development and conveyancing, real estate investment and financing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential properties, joint ventures, limited partnerships and leasing, and corporate commercial law including incorporations, amalgamations and rollovers, acquisition and disposition of businesses and shares of corporations. He has been a lecturer for the Hamilton Law Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada and he has been chairperson of Renaissance Economic Initiatives, President of the Hamilton Law Association and Director of the Better Business Bureau of Hamilton.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Degree from McMaster University in 1972, graduated from Windsor Law School in 1976 and was called to the Bar in 1978.
